The mission of the Des Moines Area Quality Assurance Association is to be a network of QA professionals sharing best practices,processes, and methods in the QA information technology disciplines.
DAQAA will facilitate the exchange of knowledge, new ideas, and techniques for the purpose of educating its members.
We hold a meeting on the second Wednesday of each month to discuss relevant topics in QA and testing.

January Meeting January 19th, 2012 – 1 pm to 5 pm at John Deere Financial Joint Meeting with VIVIT: Please bring your laptop to download and try this product. Come learn how integrate to QA into the secure development lifecycle, see the latest in HP security products and then try out the products on your own laptop! See below for the Agenda. Speaker: Glenn Leifheit – Senior Information Security Consultant (Application Security Program Leader) at FICO 2:30-2:45 – break / networking 2:45-3:45 pm: HP’s QA focused security testing tools, and why QA should care. Speaker: Rafal Los – Enterprise & Cloud Security Strategist at HP Software. 3:45-5:00 pm: Try out HP’s security testing tools on your computers! Temporary license keys will be available for people to install and try out HP’s security testing tools. Rafal will also set up a web server people can try attacking
